All paid subscriptions are annual (12 months). This supports long-term engagement and visibility growth.

What happens to my reviews if I stop using EdTech Impact?

Your reviews remain published as long as your business is active. You can flag concerns or reply to reviews.

I use another review platform. Do I have to start again?

No, you can import third-party reviews via CSV. Note: they won't affect your score or include impact ratings.

Do I have to pay for inbound requests from schools?

Yes, the feature is available with paid subscriptions like the Marketing or Impact plan.

Is this UK-site only?

No, it's international. While 46% of users are UK-based, others include the US and international school groups.
